With decades of combined experience in business operations and management consulting, the founding partners created a unique organization with the right values and capabilities to help our clients achieve their summit of success.

Our senior leadership and executives have well over 100 years of combined experience in business and IT consulting, and have successfully delivered complex projects and programs, gaining the knowledge and skills to help organizations, like yours, achieve their vision and goals.

Mike Scotten
Helping government and crown organizations with transformational change initiatives makes Mike tick. He has over 25 years of experience with business and IT transformations and systems integration projects. His strategic guidance to senior executives on transformation delivery options, costs, risks and implementation feasibility ensures the changes stick.

Brendan Timmins
With over 25 years of experience shaping and delivering large transformation programs, Brendan is your expert in IT transformations. His extensive experience in building and leading successful solution delivery and service management organizations brings success to every public and private sector project he tackles.

Laura Matthews
Laura’s 25 years of experience has ranged from leading the change efforts for large scale systems implementations to facilitating leadership teams through culture transformations. Laura’s background in systems design engineering, change management, communications, and HR has contributed to her unique, holistic perspective on change.

Avenai in the Community (ACT)
ACT is an opportunity for our company to support and be involved with our community. Through this avenue, we aim to bring the same positive impact and change we do with our clients directly to those in our community. Since its inception, Avenai has partnered with a several organizations, including Ecoequitable, Boys and Girls Club and, most recently, Special Olympics Ontario.
Partnering with Special Olympics Ontario has provided us with the opportunity to be directly involved with members of the Special Olympics.
Through volunteering at track and swim meets, bowling competitions and baseball games, we’ve developed a meaningful relationship with our wonderfully diverse community. We’ve even competed in sporting events with Special Olympic athletes through Motionball!
Avenai has been a proud to sponsor Indulge, Special Olympics Ontario – Greater Ottawa’s premier event, in addition to investing in 19 athletes at the Provincial Games and 45 athletes in provincial floor hockey and bowling events.
